My Birthday weekend
a lovely hotel - front of house staff extremely helpful and as they found out it was my birthday on the saturday 22nd, I was given a lovely box of chocolates and 2 mini red wine bottles when we got back to the room on the evening of 22nd. A fantastic touch. Very well located, close to everything, but just out of the real hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam.

A lovely hotel close to central station, within easy walking distance of all the fun things to do in the city, would stay again. Staffwere very friendly & helpful

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They definitely made the stay more positive. The rooms were not the cleanest. (The bathroom was spotless though!) Dust along the side of the dresser, and window. The room Wasnt cleaned once whilst we were there. On the second day after we came back from our day out we noticed the towels had not been taken and new ones put in, the sheets/bed hadnt been changed or made up. Bins hadnt been changed. We had to ask at reception for new towels and enquire about when the rooms will be done. The following day we did have new towels however the sheets were not changed the bed was just remade and turned upside down :/. Despite this. The location is very handy, with it only being less than a 5 min walk from centeraal station. Our room had a nice view of the river. We still enjoyed our visit to Amsterdam

Room 1 and 2 that were located near to front reception, underneath stairs, above the breakfast room was noisey every morning. Room 2 was especially stuffy so turned air con in middle of night. Staff were friendly, room clean. Downside was the location of the 2 double bedrooms and the soundproofing

Stay was clean, comfortable and safe with all the basics such as iron board, hairdryer, safe etc. Was expecting the room to be a little bigger however we had no complaints as in a short city break we dont use the room too often. Check in and out was quick and east too

This hotel was basic for the money we paid. Offers tea and coffee but not proper tea bags or milk. Bedroom was small and bathroom was basic.
