Perfect location but needs some changes.
Right in the heart of the city and was able to walk everywhere. I chose this hotel specifically because of the room aesthetic. Its kinda dark and reminiscent of the renaissance and I loved that about it. The room was beautiful. But the bed was so uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping. The room was so hot and the air conditioner didn't really work well. The staff were not as attentive/ helpful as they should be. The rooftop breakfast area is amazing. The food was great with lots of wonderful baked goods. The view is the shining star of this hotel. It is so beautiful and started the day perfectly. If the rooms were more comfortable and the staff got off their phone and paid more attention to their guests this would be a perfect place to stay.

Bed was very hard, comfort in room was stuffy and the air conditioning only worked while the key card was in the room., luckily it wasn't 95 degrees like it is in the summer where the rooms would be unbearable walking in to your room from a long sight seeing trip in the hot outdoors only to be greeted by a hot hotel room the terrace on the 10 th floor was nice-- qite dark in the mornings very secure place very small elevators there was no place to set your things down on. The TV ws small and up practically in the ceiling

Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Nice breakfast on the top of the building, and reliable WiFi. Only issue for us was the air conditioning does not work when you are out of the room, so when we returned in the eve it took a little while to cool down. Overall a good value.

The location is amazing, walking distance to most touristic attractions in rome. The property is ok if ur on a budget. Had an issue with the ac, they couldnt do anything the first night. The ac was so weak it took 2 days for the ac to make our room a bit cool, we were there in july.

Entiendo los pequeños inconvenientes, debidos al proceso de remodelación, pero todo ello pasa a un segundo plano cuando observas la ciudad desde su magnífica terraza o cuando pasas La puerta y te vez rodeada de quizás uno de los mejores entornos de Roma.
