Hotel Caravita

Service was great. Included breakfast was very satisfying. Unfortunately, our room only had a bathtub without adequate shower facility.

Cleaning could be better , but it has great location and service was perfect

I had a different expectation. No elevator before 8am or after 8pm which made carrying 4 bags of luggage extremely difficult. It's also not the easiest hotel to find. The hotel is in a restricted traffic area, so almost impossible to get a taxi in the evenings. Overall the hotel was very clean, rooms were well kept. We were only passing through for a night, so a place to sleep and shower was worth it. Plus you're within 5 minutes walk to Trevi fountain and 10 minutes of the Colosseum. Breakfast smelled amazing but we were rushing to leave. Staff was very helpful, but you're on your own after 9pm. If you want to take pictures, start your day at the crack of dawn. Amazing lighting as the sun rises.

The toilet abit dirty, other than that everything is perfect, good location, good stay

Right at the heart of all the attractions, room was quiet considering we were right opposite reception, only 11 rooms, good air con, staff were just lovely with good English, they couldn’t be more helpful and attentive, bed comfortable, a kettle to make a cuppa after a long day. The only thing that marks it down was you had about 13 steps to climb to get to the reception and rooms, more if you were on a higher level and only tea provided no coffee. Fabulous trip.

The most amazing hotel we have stayed in......EVERYDAY there was fruit and cake left for morning tea, and savoury sliders and fruit kebabs left for afternoon tea and a free breakfast as well. Thank you Francesca to you (and your staff) for your bubbly welcome every time we came in, for our extended checkout and an amazing booked taxi to the airport - a maserati. So special and we appreciated it all. Definitely will recommend to friends and will return ourselves. A faultless experience and loved the quirky elevator. Thank you so very much. This is a great little hotel in the perfect spot in Rome. The hotel is situated almost equi-distant from The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. All within close walking distance. We did not walk to the Roman Colosseum from here, but it's about a 30 min walk, so not terrible. The hotel is boutique, so you're not going to get everything you get at a Marriott or Hilton, but it is clean, the rooms are sufficient size with private baths and all of the necessary amenities to make for a restful stay, and all of the front desk hosts speak adequate english and probably many other languages as well.

It was the worst experience I have had ever, my room got flooding at midnight and all of my belongings were even wet. There was no reception and the manager showed up in 13 hours after I pushed someone to see her. No deal was reached for compensation sings the manager was hide before I leaving. And that they called the police man to come for stop reaching agreement. I will definitely sue the hotel, also the manager is call Pierangelo.

Lovely rooms with excellent facilities. All staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a good selection of choice, the snacks during the day were a lovely addition Hotel is in the centre of all attractions so great for sight seeing

Been several times to this hotel, great central location, only a few minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc.Excellent breakfast.
