At Forty-One

When we arrived early the door was locked. We finally reached someone by phone; we wanted to leave our bags until check in, but they told us to come back in an hour. They didn’t speak English, so that was tough. We came back at 11:30 and he checked us in early with no problems. The room was great, our suite had a jet tub, and we were pretty close to everything.

Very average place to stay. We stayed in the top tier suite and there was urine stains on the toilet seat and hairs around the bathroom. It was obvious it was not cleaned. The towels smelled funky and the general amenities were average. This is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. There is no room service, or 24hr concierge. If you need something during the night, you're on your own. Tiny lift will be a challenge for people with more than 2 suitcases.

It was a lovely building. The room was very clean with modern upgrades. Walking distance to many attractions. Best restaurant we went to was L’Archetto, near Trevi fountain. Good pizza and pasta, reasonable price, cash only. Surprisingly, multiple establishments are cash only.

Location was convenient. It was pretty much nearby everything. The bathroom was big enough, but the room was a bit small. It was hard to move around staying with 3 guest

Steps to public transportation,attractions, restaurants. hard to find, small sign, tiny elevator, a bit noisy due to poor windows pane.Very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman in the front desk.

Great location. We walked to all main attractions. Close to public transportation. Amazing staff specially Alessandro who helped us with last minute transportation from the Airport to the property to add an extra day without a fuss.

Check in was great and the room was very spacious and clean we loved it. Close walking distance (5 minutes) to train station (total walk and train is only 15 minutes to Vatican or Colloseum from this area or a taxi. Great restaurants nearby.

Very clean, confortable the only thing the elevator to small its no ease get inside the room

Location is close to Rome Termini, room was spacious and the bed was large, although a little hard (Room 104). The one-star review comes from the service and total lack of common courtesy shown by staff administering their email. I was incorrectly charged post check out and was promised a refund via email. After being told they are still checking with "admin" on the refund, they have subsequently ignored my weekly follow up emails for an update. If they acted in good faith, this would probably be a 4 or 5 star review but instead, for a little extra money in their coffers they get a one star review. I am sure it was worth it!

This property was cozy and had a great location to the Rome Termini. A great bakery next door and across the street. Walking diatance to all tourist attractions. Space was nice, updated and very secure. Would stay again.
