Comfortable mini break, great breakfast
We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners. The room was clean and comfortable and the en-suite had lovely big bath sheet towels. The breakfast was ordered the night before as the current rules meant that the cereals, fruit etc that used to be put out buffet style had to be removed. However, this did not get in the way of us being given an amazing breakfast, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The property is well placed to stroll down to the town and seafront. The hosts were lovely, nothing too much trouble, and we will certainly stay again!

Lovely family room. Childrens part has bunk beds and a door that can be closed. It has books and puzzles, a lovely touch. The main room was very nice and clean. Breakfast choices very good and breakfast plentiful. Very friendly couple chatty and happy to help. Will definitely go back.

Great location, lovely family room with separate room for child, bathroom in need of renovation but adequate for a couple of nights. The hosts could not have been lovelier and have thought of every detail. The breakfasts were exceptional and kept us going all day!

Amazing stay
What a great place. Communication pre arrival was spot on and we were met by Jacqui when we arrived. We stayed in the Holkham room which was superb with one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in for some years with really crisp bed linen. Breakfast was amazing, an excellent full English, kippers, cereals, fresh fruit etc etc. Thanks Jacqui and Dean for a superb stay.
