Pleasant Night Inn

The location was convenient. The room was clean. The hallway was clean. The parking lot was clean. Free breakfast was supposed to be included but there was nothing prepared. I found some supplies like cereal but no milk. Waffle syrup and grease for the waffle maker but no waffle mix. The coffee machine released water. There was non dairy creamer. I don’t know if COVID had anything to do with it but there was no one at the desk in the morning to ask. Overall though, I was happy simply because it was clean.

Our stay was on Saturday, not Friday. People across the hall were noisy late at night, no amenities were offered, no breakfast offered although advertised.

I liked that it was clean, and very quiet. Only complaint i really have if there was one, the ac unit didnt work like it was supposed to but i managed to get it to work just good enough where i could sleep

Very good experiance, Hotel staff very nice and friendly. I would recamend to anyone planning a trip to Carthage, N.Y.

The check in was quick and easy. Checked out the room fairly quick bed bug situation and such none found. 2 pods of coffee even though we had 3 people. Put do not disturb sign on door and they still came in did towels and such but didn't add any coffee pods for next day. Then we found condom wrapper under one of the beds. Check out we had to call hotel as no one was around desk. The man came out of back office still half asleep mind you it was 1045am. But overall it was okay.

We stayed here for four nights and the whole experience was awful. The towels and sheets have mystery stains all over them the rooms and halls have a stench that makes you nauseous. The beds which are already low quality and uncomfortable, are wrapped in plastic so you wake up in a pool of sweat. The hotel is not old but the people who Clean are not doing a good job, I found mold on the windows and I was stepping over crumbs and food on the floor next to my bed. The breakfast they have available is plain Cheerios, plain bagels, and wretched coffee I couldn’t even drink. This place needs a lot of work.

This was awful. There was never an attendant at the front desk. The hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana. At check in the guy didn’t take any info besides my name. He said 214 around the corner and handed me two keys. He wrote 214 in the air with his finger. We tried to call the desk for WiFi password and there was no dial tone, the phone wasn’t plugged into anything. We tried calling from our cell phone and no one answered.The place hasn’t been vacuumed in months at least. Even though we entered 4 people on the reservation there were not enough towels so we went down At 802 and had to Paige the desk person and when he finally cane we asked for towels and he said “housekeeping comes in at 830”. We told him we needed to shower now because we have to go and he said “well I would have to go to the laundry room” for the love of Pete sorry for trying to use your hotel dude. I couldn’t stand the smell nor could I stand how dirty it felt so we checked out after one night even though we paid for 2. I told the guy at the desk (after paying him again) that we paid for two nights but the hotel smells so bad and is dirty so I can’t possibly stay another night and he said “so you are checking out” and I said yes and he said “okay”.

We stayed here back in Oct 19. It was clean n well maintained. This time none of the hallways were even touched in our 3 day stay. The towels n sheets had stains. And a toe nail in the other bed.

Run down big time. Sink leaked coffee maker didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work and finish wore off most of furniture.
