Comfortable bed and close to the city .. little outdated and the sofa had a large stain on the cushion - overall it was a comfortable stay

There was a little problem with our shower, but after calling reception they kindly moved us to their other hotel in the City which I appreciated very much. Great customer service.

Very comfortable, airy and bright, like home. Spoke with reception prior to arrival, provided credit card details, so did not need to go to 2nd location for check in. Picked up key from lock box at front door as instructed. No problems. Linen, towels were excellent quality.

We liked the style of the apartment but the bedroom was way too bright in the morning as the two sets of blinds were both broken. One blind did not close and the other missing blinds. When we contacted regarding the disruption, nothing was done or offered. We were not pleased to stay, to be woken up before 7am in white and weren’t happy with the response and lack of action. After spending that amount of money, i would have expected a higher quality bedroom and a better resolution from the owners. I would not recommend staying at this apartment.

Quite a spacious apartment for us with free use of sofa bed. The location is also quite convenient. However, the property does not provide cooking oil, salt or pepper in the kitchen. The oven also doesn't work and the air-conditioning needs a different unlock code everyday for it to work which was weird and deterred us from using it. Overall the apartment was good for the price paid.

It was serviceable. Nothing special. The property is for sale and so perhaps the owners have lost interest in it.

Well positioned, good locale. The apartment is spacious, with well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, good views and value. It also is a bit worn and tired, needs a few maintenance jobs attended to; and needs the gaping, broken vertical drapes on the sliding doors replaced with curtains or shutters, for aesthetic and privacy issues. Bathroom vanity is stained, cracked and door doesn’t close - needs a magnetic clasp installed. The whole unit block is for sale so hopefully a new owner will update the place. I would stay there again as I love the location. The unit had a comfy bed, clean sheets but only supply one towel per guest for a whole week and one tea towel. 2 would have been nice Considering women like to wash hair etc and one is not enough. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio each night and taking in the city views from unit 3. We had a very nice week there.

The property was in a perfect position for us to get to the hospital daily although the car parking is very tight and we were unable to get our vehicle undercover. Oven was very dirty and we were unable to use it and the fridge stopped working but within a few hours a replacement was brought to us. Overall it suited us for what we were there for but may choose to stay elsewhere if we need to travel there again.
