Joy Beach Hotel

The rooms were very large and spacious! We loved both of the pools as well as the beach/restaurant accessibility. Through the hotel, you could book excursions and transfers!

Joy is a small hotel 11 rooms Best thing about this hotel is the staff Maria Nicolas and the team made you feel welcome and we’re alwsys happy and positive. Hotel has lovely pool which is kept very clean with nice loungers & umbrellas. The breakfast is excellent and all the food drink was topped up throughout the breakfast period. The other positive is the situation of the hotel to the beach (50 metres) and the fact you can walk 5 mins to quieter beach area if you wish The hotel is situated behind JoJos beach bar which is an impressive bar pool restaurant that extends to luxury sun lounging area on the beach. This bar is vibrant and targets the younger holiday maker which means there is loud music playing during the day. We had teenagers with us so it didn’t affect us However Important to note that the music quietens down late afternoon and doesn’t start up until late morning so not as if it’s a constant Overall very good

Hotel was too far from Thira and oia, you will need to rent a car. the room has a great view of the pool. The staff were very friendly and pleasantly. If you had any questions they will help you.

Paid for a room with a hot tub, but the tub was filled with dirt and bugs.

The Joy Beach Resort is not a resort by American standards but nice just the same. It was comfortable and most importantly clean. The property manager, Maria, was extremely friendly and helpful. Although this hotel was not luxurious by American standards for the price it was well worth the stay. The location was perfect if this was where you were looking to stay when on the Island. The WIFI was slow, but we found it to be slow in most of Greece. One strange thing. Flushing toilet paper is frowned upon at this hotel as well as many places with older plumbing on Santorini.

The location was perfect right across the road from the beach. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely big balcony with jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Were able to get a later checkout as our flight was leaving in the evening. The pool and surrounding grounds were very clean. A continental Breakfast was included and was of high standard and delicious. Public transport was close by so easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area but look around as some were overpriced and food not that great. Would stay there again.

We only stayed in this location for one evening but it was a great choice for our last night in Santorini. It is located just a block from the black sands beach, 24/7 pool, healthy breakfast, and very close to lots of restaurants and bars on the beach. Everyone in Santorini is so friendly and accommodating, especially at this hotel.

Un très joli hôtel de plage. Très beau décor et agencement. Le plus beau de Perivolos. Chambre simple mais spacieuse. Pas de petit déjeuner avant 10h. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.
