Good: Very close to two subway lines. Unlimited dessert and espresso drinks in lobby. Breakfast buffet. Cleanliness in the room. Good lighting and lots of power outlets in the room for working. Lots of seating (sofa, chair, and stools) in the room. Bathtub has shower curtain. Plenty of toiletries. Not so good: Window faces the fire lane, so no view other than the concrete wall of the neighboring building two feet away. Zero sunlight. But still, for the price we paid (~US$70) we can't complain.

Good location near night market, places of all ranges of food (cheap to fine), very clean, close to KMRT station, and courteous staff. Will return if in town. Price is a little high for room size and competition, but nice hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with egg station. Offered 24 hour coffee, tea, ice cream and desserts. Room was quite large with two double beds which were very comfortable. Complimentary water in the room every day. Close to metro station and night market. Very family friendly hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

the location was very good, only a few minute walk from Formosa Bvd station and also Liouhe night market, which is probably the best thing about this hotel.

Comfortable & Friendly
Great family-friendly hotel. Kindness is real kind enough to serve free pastry and supper! We love their friendly customer service. The location is great and convenient to walk to Formosa Boulevard Station and Liouhe Night Market. We had very comfortable stays. Will book in future.

Although the hotel is small but it's only a few minutes walk to the station. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided with free washing machines, dryers, free bicycles hire and free supper.

Clean, convenient located with friendly and efficient front desk; offers free snacks/deserts even with soups and noodles. I had to leave before the breakfast opened and the hotel prepared me a bagged breakfast to go. Will stay at this place again.

The front desk staff is not very helpful. I had a stomach upset and ask if they have any medication which I think any inn should stock as a first aid kit. The answer is a crisp ‘no’, not even recommending the whereabouts of pharmacy. This seems to go against the name of the inn using the word ’Kindness’.

Excellent breakfast with a mixed of western and Chinese dishes The young lady at egg station cooks perfect eggs, the best over medium eggs I had in recent years The supper menu though same dishes every night, still a good option for late night snack before sleep
