After the covid 19 you would expect the hygiene levels to be exceptional! Mould ! Hair in our spa and shower, stains all over our carpet, thick duay by the jug and microwave. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting you as this is not upto hotel standards. We pay $400 for two nights and the fact we coulsnt eat there or use the jug amd felt uncomfortable using the showers and my baby going on the floor is unacceptable

Lovely quiet stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect for a family. Private outdoor spa was a real highlight. Would definitely stay again!

This was a huge disappointment. The place is old, smelly, dirty carpets, grungy and on a major roadway that is noisy all night long. The bathroom smelled like body odour. Signage said to put your head in the thermal pools and then the compendium said not to. It was the worst place I stayed in our whole 3 week New Zealand holiday!

Nice, family friendly motel on the outskirts of Tauranga. Great pool and the private spa for our room was great after the fun run we completed. Good value for money. A little tired but perfectly fine. Main bed was hard but shower pressure was amazing.

KING BED FOR COUPLE SUPPOSED TO BE UPSATAIRS WHERE SPA BATH IS FOR PRIVACY.. AND 3 SINGLE BED SUPPOSED TO BE DOWNSTAIRS WITH THE KITCHEN... NO PRIVACY AT ALL FOR COUPLE...OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS OK..
