Very contemporary. We stayed two times, first in a larger room and the second in a smaller room. The larger was great with a view of the harbor, a wonderful way to see Rotterdam by night and day. The smaller room is functional but better for a business traveler. The breakfast was fantastic, creatively presented with over the top choices!

The building itself is cool but the rooms are small. The bath tub/shower design is weird and there was nothing for me to hold onto when I get out of the bath tub. And definitely not enough hook to hold the towers. When I was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling during daytime the hotel room looked worn out (more noticeable during day time) , and not to mention there were stains on both pillowcase and bath tower. The room was very dusty too. The watertank is the nespresso machine was dirty (it had some sort of stains inside). I was expecting more from a 4.5 star hotel and it was definitely not up to my expectation.

Very good location. Excellent reception. Very expensive parking ( 25 euro per day if you do not move the car, if move it they charge 3 euro per hour. No refrigerator, no coffee maker , no swimming pool. Satisfied overall for the price I paid.

Convenient located hotel near the city center, the Erasmus bridge and the cruise terminal. Hotel is very modern Breakfast is good (lots of choice for Dutch standard).

The hotel was beautiful and clean, however the parking was too expensive. When I was booking the hotel Nhow should of state that I will be paying for the car park.

Ok but must get better
The overall conditions and service was ok. The major problem was that the room cards did not work with the elevator and had to be changed on a very frequent basis, This need to attended to immediately as it becomes frustrating.
