I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful resort! I had the best experience. Starting from the moment I stepped on to the property, to get be efficient, they upgraded me to Blue Waters. I appreciated that because they put the guests were not spread out which kept costs low. Next the check in process. After going through the process implemented to safely enter the country I was exhausted and a bit disoriented. The check in person was so patient with me. She made sure I understood everything and delivered the information in a way that I clearly understood everything. The safety precautions put in place were phenomenal! The room was absolutely beautiful! The view was amazing! The dining process was efficient and although I would have liked the food to be better, the availability and the process to get it was very good. There were plenty of options, something for everyone. The spa was very relaxing as well. I am going to go back. Most definitely one of my new favorite places. I immediately went on my social media and recommended Royalton to all of my family and friends!

I really enjoyed my stay very much , the environment to very clean. I want to take this time to acknowledge a few of the staff that continuously provided great service, they were so professional and friendly, Shane ( bar), Schewa ( front desk) and Courtney ( bell desk). Looking forward to to staying there again... they were continuously sanitizing and have clearly marked 6 ft sign. Along with sanitizer available through out the property.

The property overall was nice but it was false advertising. From in staying in the white sands to finding out that it was close and we would be out in another hotel the blue waters. The upgrade did not match what I paid for. And the hotel they tried there best to make me happy but I don’t feel like my problem was resolve

I really had a beautiful week! Spending it with ppl who genuinely care about me was icing to my cake. The property and services provided were top notch although they were a few hiccups, my butlers Kerice and Paul along with others that attended to the group were just amazing!!! Checking in with us all day long, making sure we sat together at breakfast & dinner being such a large group was really appreciated. The way they knew everyone names made us feel right at home. The front desk ladies Tamika and Danneka were also very accommodating. They handled every situation professionally. Royalton Blue Waters helped create new memories for our 30, 40, 50 birthday celebrations that will last a lifetime! 🇯🇲🙌😊thanks
