Excellent value for money and hotel was in very convenient location

I initially arrived there with a traveler friend but she didn't like the first room so they switched us. Eventually I was offered an upgrade of room which was nice of them, but the AC didn't work so I got what I had initially paid for. But it's okay, it shows they were willing to do a lot to please the customer. The basic rooms with AC are comfortable enough, private bathroom and all, good overall value. The superior rooms seemed very nice with an amazing view on the mountain. The location is very fine, no street noise since it's in a back street but short distance to the old part. Breakfast is very basic but there are so many breakfast places in Chiang Mai it doesn't matter really. The tour desk guy was super helpful. He helped me book a cooking class with a 10% discount, the Pai bus with a pickup at the hostel included and let me use the computer to book my flight to Phuket. I very much recommend using their service.

I stayed here for two days, The bathroom was really gross not very good maintain. The bed sheets on my bed were stained and ripped, the bed was hard and not comfortable. I also had to make a 500 TBH deposit when it clearly states on here that its only 100 per night. The staff was great and they let me store my luggage there for a day before leaving town. The Wi-Fi was not excitant in my room, I had to walk down the stairs because they have no elevator to get access to Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Good hotel at a modest rate. Room was clean and so was bathroom, hot showers worked fine. Internet was good in the room.Air con was set at comfortable setting.Staff were very friendly and service was good.

Nope nope nope! I am a solo female traveler and have stayed at a few budget places, always with my own private room and this place was awful. If I had been with friends we could laugh together about how bad the conditions were but alone I felt totally uncomfortable here whether I was in my room or walking out or hanging out in the common area. People ranged from young backpackers to middle aged couples to seedy old men. The room had rotting doors, very unclean surfaces and fixtures hanging from the ceiling. The mattresses were about 20 years old, one was very stained- you could even see where it once had bed bugs bud had been cleaned (I didn't noticed any in my inspection). Outside there was a school across the street which blared announcements and game commentary all day, then a hotel near by was a party place and had loud guests most the night. I was also on the 5th floor with no elevator and was expected to pack up all my belongings and store them in a locker downstairs every time I left me room. The receptionist emphasized this over and over even though I got a 'locked' room, you could easily shove it open with your shoulder. There were even signs inside that said bolt after entering. the hotel was large, with 5 floors and no security at all whatsoever. I stayed one night and left even though I booked 3 nights- of course no refund from the hotel. NO NO NO

ロケーションが良い。

It's actually a really good place. Very good location, friendly staff, 24h reception, pool, beer, breakfast (well, you'll get toast and jam, if you want to call that breakfast, but it's for free, so no complains.) Wi-Fi works well.
