No sheets on the bed, it was like sleeping on beach towles. No cleaning service, and no one at reception. Would not reccomend that place to anyone.

We stayed 1 nt in May. The lady owner was VERY RUDE to us. Actually we checked out 9.00 am and walked to see more in town because we arrived late afternoon a day before. We left luggages front door of the room. We were back at the pension 11.30 am to pick up our luggages and planed to walk to bus station at 12 noon. just 30 min wait at front door (did not wait in the room) to stay warm because it was very cold and showering outside. She was chasing us and said " you already checked out, just go asap" Never see such a rude manner like this in my life! Highly recommend not staying here!

I choose a room with private bathroom. It was exactly the room on the site and I was pleased with the size and comfort. Good location making it easy to walk around at night. Overall a very good value. My phone wirks on Czech without great expense if yoirs does not uoi should arrange ahead of timebfor check in. Despite arriving before 6pm I had to call to get in not a big deal but something to bote if you do not have a working phone.

Expedia should state that parking has to be reserved separately. We did not have anywhere to park! Being in the center of the city made it impossible to get parking anywhere near.

Nice location
Hotel rooms in old home. Good value for location. Few amenities but a private bath was great. Hot pot but no cups or coffee/tea. Loved Cesky Krumlov

Everything great, except check-in precess.
The room was clean and we also got the private bathroom inside. The only one problem is checkin process. The last checkin is 6pm. Therefore, before we decided to book the room, we’d sent the email to ask if it’s possible to checkin at 8pm (our bus arrived at the time.) The pension answered us there is no problem. They’ll wait there for us. However, when we arrived, there was no one there. We could’t even got into the place and had to wait outside. We had no phone call here, so we couldn’t contact the pension. Luckily, the van driver helped us to contact them, otherwise we didn’t know what to do on that night. Also, the pension said we have to check out at 10.30am but there is no any stuff there as well.
