The hosts were very welcoming of us and our two dogs. The rooms were lovely, as was the breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again and I'd recommend Ellerdene Guest House to anyone looking to stay in Windermere.

The property is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Lovely bedding and big fluffy towels. It was great that there was a little fridge in the room. The location was excellent too.

Fantastic B&B
We had a wonderful stay at the Ellerdene Guest House, it was the perfect base for exploring the local area. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous b&b - very clean and comfortable. Very good location for Windermere and Bowness. Good breakfast which sets you up for the day. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful short break
Had a friendly welcome, room was clean, cosy and spacious. Breakfast was delicious Close to town and well located to visit other areas of the Lake District.
