We enjoyed our stay. The location was a little further from the falls than we had anticipated. Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was cooked by host and tasty. Beds were a little too soft. Overall this property is a good value.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the Falls. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage with toast, juice and coffee. Hosts were not knowledgeable of the testaurants in the area. No desk in the room which I like

The room was very cozy and clean! Great location - about a 10 minute walk to Casino Niagara & Clifton Hill with all the main attractions. The owner Ted is very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Our stay was great. It’s *quiet*. The owner told us that it was an extremely busy day when we thought we were the only ones there. It was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were buttery, the bed was comfy, the internet was fast and the location was great. This property was bought out by a Chinese owner and I think this is where the ratings have taken a dip. The man we dealt with is absolutely lovely but answered his phone in Mandarin. He does speak English and is super accommodating but it threw me off. I met two other couples during breakfast and they were all happy and had no issues communicating. I really enjoyed our stay and the value was the absolute best we could find in the area.
