Sandcastle Resort and Club

Unit was clean , spacious and kitchen was complete . Even cook a cake on my 3 days visit . Definitely we are coming back .

The suite was exactly as described. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean rooms and spacious.

The room needed updating. Bathroom door kept getting stuck. No elevators on property. It is quite a hike to the beach. Would have preferred a room with a balcony. Our view was basically looking over a parking lot. Location was ideal. Close to commercial Street.

The entire room was disgusting. The shower had trash in it and it smelled like mold.

The ocean view was spectacular. The beds were comfortable

Very thin walls. Could hear people talking all night. The bed was not comfortable.

Good proximity to commercial street Bed was a little uncomfortable Room a little cold. But very clean No room service due to Covid To be expected The coffee situation is not good

The room was a bit small but it was there for sleeping as we kept very busy. Very clean and the kitchen was nicely organized with place settings for four people. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice, however, definitely outdated and lacking in cleanliness. Had a full kitchen witch was a nice addition to the trip, however, utensils, plates and glasses we had to rewash because they certainly weren't very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean which was the best part of the trip. The outdoor swimming pool was the only one open and was very cloudy. As far as the room that we stayed in, unfortunately our neighbors next door sat out on the patio smoking cigars which the property did not enforce no smoking. Those above us blasted music and party until midnight and started again at 5 a.m. without any sort of intervention by the hotel.

No AC, there is no mentioning that the indoor pools is closed, until you get there, the rooms are not ready by the time you supposed to get the keys, long wait. Rooms not clean, beds are hard
