Clean and Comfortable
The location is so convenient. It is located in between two MRT interchange lines - Ximending and Tamsui, that made our travel so smooth. It is located near to a nice garden. We love it as it is not so far to noisy Ximending, this meant we love the quiet night. The hotel service was good as we requested 2 more pillows. It came to our room almost immediate! Housekeeping auntie was friendly too.

Very poor breakfast.
We had a family room and it was very small. It contained two double beds and we had very little room around the beds. Our main complaint was the breakfast offered. Our breakfast was included in our booking, we had to cross the road to their other hotel, no problem because that was mentioned in the booking. We were offered a choice of four things for breakfast as well as tea or coffee. We choose waffles. I asked for black tea and no they didn’t have any. Then we asked for juice or hot chocolate for the two children with us. One child eleven the other fourteen years and neither one drinks tea or coffee. We were told no, only tea or coffee. We did end up getting them hot milk after arguing our case. Because we complained the staff made sure we were the last in the room to be served our breakfast even though people who came in after us had eaten their breakfast we were told ours would still be another ten minutes. We complained to management who listened and took note of our complaint. She apologised and was very nice.After that experience I don’t think I would ever stay there again.

Good price, but I suggest to pay a bit more at another hotel. We can pretty much hear everything next door neighbor was saying as if we were in the same room, we couldn't sleep for most of the night and had to request to change across the street in the middle of the night . The rooms are tiny as well. Staff tried to be helpful., But there was nothing much they can do.

I did not like tha fact that you have to cross over a busy street to the other hotel to have breakfast.This would not be the best thing if it was raining. The breakfast was not worth going for anyway. The single room I had was very,very small! Clean,nice staff, but would never stay in this hotel again

Amazing Pleasant Stay here
Pleasant stay here. It is very close to Taipei Main station about 7-10 minute walk. There is so many eateries around the area. The staff went above and beyond when i was asking where i can buy a specific ingredient. The Staff speaks good english. The Breakfast was very delicious! The rooms are a small but compact and nice. The rainfall shower was amazing. Good water pressure and good amount of hot and cold water. The cleaning staff ladies were so friendly. I enjoyed my stay here coming back for sure !
