A budget priced hotel, rooms and linen clean. In room 10 however, the toilet bowl had a crack inside the depth of the bowl as well as a small hole through the inner layer of porcelain. The cleaner advised me she had reported it repeatedly to the management. Also it is difficult to access the hotel for left luggage after you have returned the key as it s not staffed. Thankfully the restaurant was open and I was able to get my luggage. this needs to be explained more clearly.

Just two blocks from Launceston General Hospital, on main road into town. A bit noisy until 10pm on Friday night but after that, I was able to sleep soundly, window open to enjoy the night breeze. Room very clean and had all the right facilities, a quiet fridge, bathtub, wardrobe. Bed comfortable. Free WiFi and off street parking. Good for 2 people for a few days. A friendly reception and a grill restaurant are part of the hotel.
