Grand Cave Suites

Very picturesque hotel, with nice views of the city. We came for NYE and although there were covid restrictions, the hotel staff (filis) was able to accommodate our requests for food, breakfast, tours, etc We got suckered into doing a private tour, I would NOT recommend this. It was a waste of time, and we got taken to factories that basically pressured us into buying their products.

We got much more than what we paid. Rooms are amazing, with magic atmosphere. yet modernly equiped, staff treated us as family members and onsite restaurant provided a lot of delicious food. So recommend!

Our 3 night stay here was exceptional. From top to bottom this hotel fulfills every need. Proximity to everything, every possible amenity, breathtaking views, delicious breakfast and super service.

Awesome place to stay at and the host were so informative, they booked all of our tours. They are all so nice as well, the breakfast was beyond great with a nice view.

What an excellent value for money! I loved sleeping in a cave, and the location was very convenient, just a five-minute walk from many shops and restaurants. Our 2-bed room with double and twin bed was clean and spacious, with a sitting area and large bathroom. It was a shame that I was too busy out and about to take a bath in the spa tub! Service was very nice, the reception lady helped us with any questions and gave us a great restaurant recommendation (Orient restaurant). The included breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked their veggie eggs and fried bread, washed down with cherry juice! I wasn't sure how great the terrace view would be, and wondered if I needed to find a better spot to view balloons and take pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely morning view (see pictures). The only complaints I have were that our mini fridge had a bad smell whenever we opened it, as if some old food had been left inside by a previous guest, and it wasn't as cool as we would have liked for sleeping. Most cave hotels don't have air conditioning, and we didn't want to open the window because of noise, especially since we were on the ground floor. But I slept well, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was professional and helpful. The panoramic view from the dining patio area was fantastic. The breakfasts every morning were delicious!

Superb! Feliz and the staff were great, very good customer service , clean place , very helpful staff. Got our room upgraded twice. We love the place so much. Feliz manages the property very well. I would highly recommend this place.

Do you ever had the chance to sleep in a cave? No? Here it's perfect, everything was carved from a mountain, even the huge bed! Very comfy and super quiet.

Amazing views, unique experience in cave. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Full Turkish breakfast each day on terrace. Couldnt get any better. Entire staff goes out of their way to help you.
