I chose this hotel because this was my first trip to Ghana, and I believed that it's proximity to the airport would be convenient. The hotel is very close (within 5 mins walking distance). I stayed there for three weeks while conducting business, and it was a very good experience. The check in was seamless. The front desk staff (and others) were always very helpful during my stay. I remember the high levels of courtesy and responsiveness extended by some of the managers there such as Fairoush and Therese (if I am allowed to use names). The rooms were ok, and if there was ever an issue, or services were needed, the front desk managers would promptly have staff take care of me. Room service and the cleaning staff were very good. The cleaning staff were very thorough, changed my towels daily, and provided me with whatever (toiletries) I needed. They also provided 3 bottles of water daily. I can't stress enough how delightful the dining choices are. All meals are served on the lobby level (unless there was a party or event held by the pool on the 1st level (where there is also a bar). Staff members serve you the meal and also wait on you. The entire experience is very pleasant. Everyone was always courteous during my 3-week stay (but that was my experience with everyone that I encountered in Ghana). The staff assisted me with obtaining cellphone service, and also provided me with tips (and transport) on where to shop for needed items. This was overall a good place to stay.

I didn’t make a mistake choosing Ibis Styles. Good reception and serene and safe environment. It’s my go-to home from away in Accra now.

Very unlike Ibis standard. Room had no directory, towels were not provided in the bathroom, Food service was awful. The worst food service even unbecoming of an unrated hotel. The food service is enough to scrap the hotel. FOOD SERVICE AWFUL.

check-in disorganised, room not clean (floor sticky), mattress lumpy. Breakfast was meant to be delivered, but then asked to collect. Staff seemed very confused having to deal with large group.

The sink in room 222 needs to be repaired. The bathroom door in the room mentioned above is also festering from the bottom.You should provide kettles, irons, ironing boards and Tea cups in the your rooms. I will be very honest with you. Your services to me were very egregious and you would have to improve maximumly on your services.
