Great hotel great location, very close to nyc but far enough to be away from the congestion. def would book w this hotel again.

They didn’t mention when I checked in that I would be charged a service fee and that the service fee will be taken out my deposit after I checked out. When I booked the room I was already charged a service fee, I showed them on the email i received but still the front desk manager said I had pay.

Had to change my room- first room had dirty sheets, the second room had a broken sink and there was a bad draft coming in from the window although windows were closed and tempt was at 83 it was still freezing, never again.

Paper factory is clean, cute, lofty style rooms. Check in was nice and easy. Staff was pleasant. All questions answered, cute lounging quarters in the main lobby. There were no washcloths in the room, but that was an easy request. Would stay here again.

I think the hotel is very "New York" and it's a shame the venue are all closed and really couldn't enjoy it compeletly

This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it felt like a bunch of rich middle aged men designed this with a young “hipsters” in mind. -The sheets were stained and no comforters even if you call down for one - Tiny TV which did not work because the wires were faulty. It was also not a smart tv. - No hand towels - Charged a $50 resort fee even though all facilities were closed and claimed it was for wifi
