At the very least, the location needs some serious upgrades. (We won't be back.) -- It DID have both a great view as well as easy access to the beach. (Stairs weren't a problem. Used several times!) I was unable to sleep decently in the bed. Pretty much no support for my back. There was very limited cooking & eating tools, etc. for using the kitchen area. Don't even think about the oven! Fridge was nice. Hot water came after running the water for about 10 min. (both kitchen & bathroom). No inside hall light. Door had noticeable gaps allowing wind to blow through. (Staff did provide towels to stuff in cracks when asked.) Beach-facing sliding door unable to be locked. Better remember to use bar across! Lots of noise from up above. / Definitely an older facility. / Flooring in poor condition. No decent seating for being stuck inside with stormy conditions. Couldn't really access the so-called table stuck in a are that appeared to have been a closet! Chairs were wedged in by the former closet moulding. (We had wanted to play some games we brought.)

Approaching the hotel, I had a moment of "What have I done?" As stated in other reviews, the hotel is in need of updating; at a glance it looks sketchy! I stayed in room 9. The room itself was decent - think of your older relative's house they moved into in the 1970's and never remodeled. The room was clean but didn't entirely feel that way because of age. Cons: l felt the stairwell carpet was an OSHA violation waiting to happen and it was incredibly hard to get my room door open - the key did NOT want to work! The secondary lock inside was broken which took away from my feeling completely safe. The thermostat didn't work so part of the time I was fine and part of the time I was roasting! I didn't use the fireplace. Neutral: This didn't affect me, but there wasn't a hair dryer or iron. So keep that in mind if you need to look presentable while staying here. There are no balconies for the 2nd floor rooms. Pros: The contactless check-in was great: very simple and the only contact was to turn in my paperwork after I filled it out in my room. The full kitchen is great! (My room was fully stocked). I also really liked that the second bed was in its own room. And the view!! The side street leading to the hotel is one with a stoplight, which made it really easy to get back on to 101N on Monday morning. Overall, with a few cosmetic changes, this could be a really nice hotel. For the price, it's not bad and I would stay here again.

In desperate need of renovations but the views are amazing. Wifi and cable were hit or miss.

Weather was fantastic, they dont give you much time there we were just staying one night anx with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am at this tim of year it doesnt give you much time to watch it when it gets dark at 5. The roo was i serious need of updating the floors were from the 70`s and crooked

The weather was perfect and sunny. Self check in was great. We got our keys and went straight in. Definitely reccomend this hotel. Its cute and comfy and right on the beach.

This is all about the location and not the room it self. Great view and access to the beach.

We stay here often. It has a beautiful ocean view and it’s close enough to hear the ocean from the room. It’s pet friendly and a bit away from the bustle of Lincoln city, without feeling isolated. This hotel is not updated, but is sufficient and clean. We often stay during the week in the off season for value, as in season prices are not where the value of this hotel lies. COVID rules mean that there is no coffee in room, but I believe you can ask. Kitchen in room makes for not needing to interact with locals as much during the pandemic, but the dishes and cooking implements are spartan. This is not a glamorous high end hotel, but we enjoy it for what it is.

We always have a wonderful visit here at Westshore suites. Spacious and clean rooms, with very friendly staff.
