slight problem with automatic check-in. (reservation number not on phone text) and automatic scanning of details from passports did not work

The check in process needs to be started much earlier, after you have booked the property. Arriving at the property after a tiring flight, one is not prepared to manage the check in procedure that is in place. We were left confused, and that at a late hour of the evening. Once you know it is is fairly simple; but not for a first time. Rummaging for passports for checking in, my wife lost her money bag, either at this time or later from the room after we went out of the room to attend a church service. This was the sad part; but we cannot blame the cleaners or anybody, as it could have been picked up by anyone at the entrance doors.

Arriving to the hotel was not easy. The check in system without front desk worked well. The thing that didn’t like was the cleanness of the towels, terrible ! The look grey wasn’t clean. Even they asked quick and say we’re going to change them they didn’t. The location is good. Near to the important things to see in the city just walking. It was good.

Great place to stay although parking is very difficult, but there's no need for a car anyway.
