I liked that the property was right on a swimmable beach with a beautiful pool and well groomed landscape. Renae and Suzanne who manage the property we’re excellent resources and most helpful in making us feel at home and making the most of our vacation.

The manager was super friendly and so very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Views of the ocean from the deck was fantastic. The cons, not much to do with late teens/early 20’s and we had to run out to buy toilet paper and paper towels because only the first two rolls are on them. Otherwise fantastic property!

When I booked this property I thought it was the upper condo but it ended up being unit 101. After staying there we really loved it. We had a great view of the ocean and a walk out to the pool. It felt that we had our own private pool. The condo was clean and we felt very safe with the security guard was always around. The pool area was kept very clean with their maintenance man every morning. The only disappointment was the ocean was brown and ruff. This could be the time we went before the rainy season. This was mother natures fault not the property. We will return again. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

Lovely luxurious place and wonderful stay.
A wonderful place to be. We had a large apartment with a nice big kitchen, dishwasher, ice machine, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two walking closets, washing and drying machines and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. Apartments are different though. For us too expensive to stay two weeks over the holidays. Staff is great. Thank you Susan, Andrew, Carlton (+1 in reception) . Shopping is done 10 minutes walk, in Oistins. You can eat or drink out in the hotel just beside. Pool is (not very) small but big enough for the purpose to cool down and swim a little. The small beach just outside is just fantastic. Not crowded. The only drawback..one room facing the street is noisy as the taxis honk all the time to pick up passengers. If you wake up easily you need earplugs in that room.
