The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They are very friendly and took care of every need. Not only that the price was good for the room we got, came with everything and was fairly spacious and beautiful. Overall my experience was great and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good price and stay.

This boutique hotel is really cute, centrally located with nice staff. Unfortunately, we were there during a cold spell and the room was extremely cold and there was no heat nor extra blankets at the front desk. Also, the walls are extremely thin so we could hear all the conversations at the front desk. Staff would be engaged in conversations with each other or someone at the front door at 11pm, 1 am, 6 am, etc. bring ear plugs!

Alfonso was wonderful. We were able to leave our suitcases before check in and they kept them after check out until our driver showed up. Loved the terrace, although it was for smokers I was the only one using it and I don’t smoke. Extremely help ful staff, great location

Pros: The staff was very nice. Always there promptly when needed The property was clean, pretty, quaint, and well maintained. Cons: Little things. Improvement could be made by having signs to explain how to use safe, towel use, spa services. Green hotel that provides bottled water instead of purifying local water?

Walkable Location
While the overseer gentleman was on site, things went well. When he would leave for the day, the young employees did not take care. Very loud parties late at night. One night was so bad I could not even turn the TV on loud enough to drown out the racket. At midnight I went to the desk to complain, and she said she spoke no English. I cussed in Spanish and she went to their door. It was so loud, they did not even hear her knocking. She persisted, and they finally came to the door. Ten minutes later - all quiet. I was in the front courtyard area, so if you are further back in the complex, your stay may be more comfortable. The location is the best thing about this place. Very close to the city center. My room was all dark colors and had no windows. I felt as if I was in a cave. Fortunately there was a courtyard I could set up my laptop and be ok. Good internet connection. And you will eventually get hot water. If you rent a room with a bathtub thinking to take a bath - forget it. Those tubs are for decoration only.

Initially, the hotel and the room with terrace werel attractive; however, the light switch did not work; our washcloth and bath mat disappeared and the last night we were locked out of our room.
