Worst Hotel Ever!!!
The Staff Was Nice At First but Then Terrible John (asst manager) & Brandi Harrassed my family & I to the point where it was the Worst Stay We Ever had in A Hotel! We had an Earned Free Night But They Made it Almost Impossible to redeem and Threatened police! They didn’t care that I’m Disabled Treated us Like Criminals that were not violating anything They went into my bank acct and tried to get incidentals 4 Times When I Gave A Valid Card it was terrible Don’t Stay Here unless you want Discriminated against & Harassed We left and went to a nearby hotel and enjoyed the rest of our Weekend

Clean & well maintained
Hotel goes out of it’s way to maintain high cleanliness standards during COVID-19. Front desk staff was amazing, also saw her constantly disinfecting, including my credit car used for payment. Close to Pennsylvania Turnpike, fast food restaurants, Target and the charming Oakmont neighborhood. Only downside is that despite public signage, not all guests follow the mask required rule in public spaces. During my stay, 50% of guests in public areas strutted around without a mask and looked down on those who did, which made me uncomfortable.

This Marriott property fit our needs perfectly. Staff was very accommodating, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen amenities were perfect. Shopping nearby, parking was not an issue. Overall- A rating.

Very convenient location
Staff helpful and friendly. Convenient location close to PA Turnpike, stores, restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast-to-go bags thoughtful alternative to regular breakfast service amid COVID precautions. Stayed in King suite style room - very tight for 4 people. Sofa bed poor excuse for a bed, thin mattress and uncomfortable. No room to walk when sofa bed pulled out. Person sleeping in bed by the window had to climb over the other person in the bed or the people in the sofa bed to get out of the bed.
