Felt very safe immediately upon arrival. Our temperatures were taken as we entered, sanitizer was sprayed as well. Great service from everyone.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our vacations, it’s was homey with a traditional Mexican look! It was a spacious, it had running hot water and a little balcony with a view to the city street! The staff was amazing as well! We got into the town earlier than we had planned and they let us check in early, they also took care of our luggage after we checked out so we can do our last tour free of charge! And when we returned they help us with our luggage and found us a taxi to the bus stop! I honestly don’t leave many review but I really want to share my experience with this amazing hotel! I would absolutely recommend !

Very close to the center and restaurants. Be ready for noisy halls as sounds seems to travel easily into your room. Towels worn out. Bring your own facial towels. Bathrooms are dated. Water takes while to drain from sink. We had hot hot water the whole week at all times. 6-8 pm complimentary coffee snacks Mexican bread. Personnel very nice. Attentive and helpful. 2 bottles of complimentary water everyday of the week.

My husband and I are very pleased with everything the hotel offers. Their customer service is excellent. Etni and others at the front desk went out of their way to help us find a tour guide to suit my needs. Our room was clean, and complete with all amenities needed for a 5 night stay. We will definitely come back to other Mision Grande Hotels.

This was a very cute place that was close to both the main square and the street with all of the restaurants and shops. Every one of the staff was also friendly and willing to help. I booked this hotel because of the pictures of the dining area, and it was even more adorable in person. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again.

Lots of character close to everything
We enjoyed our stay at the mission. We were early for our arrival after checking out at another hotel in San Cristobal. Unfortunately, the front desk wouldn’t let us check in without an additional fee :( They had daily happy hour for guests which included a glass of wine and light appetizers. It was a nice touch. We welcomed the comfortable beds and quiet room, despite the busy street it was over! Nice little balcony and rooftop access to check out the beautiful surroundings. This hotel is an old hacienda yet well maintained. We will go back here to stay again.
