The personnel at the hotel had a lazy attitude and were not nice or polite. I never saw anyone of them with a smile, they were almost rude and seemed as though they did not want to help. The only person who actually was polite and gave good service was the one bartender at the hotel’s rooftop pool bar, but she was the only one that was polite.
We booked a deluxe double room and the first night we got there the AC didn’t work, so the first night we could barely sleep because the room was too hot. The second day we got another room where the AC worked. The quality of the room and furniture was ok, not good but not super bad either. Although the quality was way less than what could be expected for the prize we payed.
As for the cleaning, it was very bad. The cleaning staff left another guests dirty sheets in our room on the floor after having made our bed. So there was a dirty pillowcase with brown spots on it in the floor that they forgot to take with them. They did not clean our water and wine glasses, so they were dirty for the whole week. They did not refill our shower gels so we had to go and buy our own shower gel at the supermarket. In the hotel description it says that water bottles are complementary, however they are not. We had to pay for the water the whole week.
In my experience it is probably the worst experience I’ve had staying at a hotel. Lazy and unwilling personnel working at the hotel, especially in the reception.
