Worst experience
It was terrible. The people in the room above of stomped around for hours on end. I informed the desk and nothing changed. I called for more towels and the person running the desk was away for hours. The bed covers had stains on them and had to be replaced. No one brought anything to us, we had to go get it ourselves. I will never go to another one of these hotels. This name has been ruined.

The bathtub had no stopper. I personally like to take baths not shower plus I was traveling with two small kids ages 2 and 5. When I asked the front desk about it I was told that they had just remodeled the rooms so they hadn't received the stoppers yet.I was surprised as most hotel would not put someone in a room the is not fully ready. I also had to order extra towels by 8am in the morning and wait for the maid to leave them outside the door. I was also puzzled that none of the employees had name tags on maybe they was still waiting for them to arrive as well. The breakfast every was the same a muffins, granola bar and fruit. My relatives still at a nearby property that was half the price of Comfort inn had hot and cold choices for breakfast.

The hotel is easy access to the interstate and it was clean with nicely renovated spacious rooms. But that being said.. we had a very bad experience at check in and check out with the front desk clerk\Manager so would not stay there again! Completely unprofessional! We had another reservation for our return trip home and promptly cancelled it!

Only disappointment was the pool was closed because of Covid. It needs to be a notice before booking because that is one of the reasons this hotel was selected. The children were extremely upset. They don’t fully understand the Coved guidelines

Great place!! Only little complaint I have... breakfast in a bag needs to be available later on the weekends... 9 AM is to early to stop serving them.

The hotel has been remodel it was very nice the only situation i had was that the WiFi was not working properly in and out and because it was a business trip I could not complete my job in a timely manner
