Is my first time also my last time stay
The hotel prarority for dinner customer. It reserve alcar for the dinner's customer. Hotel customer need to parking out from hotel. And car park no enough to park.

My third time check in this hotel, good staff services, reasonable price and breakfast provided, most of it I do enjoy using bathtub. Perhaps more on cleanliness.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, the room is nice but the bath tub is a bit shallow for an adult. It was an okay experience. Food at Limestone cafe is really good. I only have one complaint = the walls are a bit thin, I always hear people talking and open/close doors.

tv screen not clear, breakfast buffet prefer it serve ala carte as buffet style I observe no social distancing when taking food. Car park security guard was helpful to assist me during parking.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I’m a bit disappointed with my stay this time. Security safe box in room didn’t work and couldn’t be repaired though they tried. I lost my handphone during this trip and told the hotel to help contact me if anyone found my phone. Luckily I found the people who found my phone on my own. But disappointed that the hotel people didn’t even pass me the message that the people who found my handphone had tried to reach me. Daily cleaning of the room was also poor. Used cups not cleaned and replaced. Good thing is all the beverage and snacks in the room are free of charge. Nice touch is they give Ipoh white coffee in the room.

Pleasant hotel but a couple of areas to improve
Hotel was close to food restaurants and pubs and it was only a 15 minute walk to main shopping mall. Room was comfortable and spacious however outdated especially the bathroom. To our knowledge some of the rooms have been renovated. We stayed in the 2x queen bedroom. Breakfast is limited with about a dozen prepared options to choose from also found the dishes weren't keep warm. Found out by chance for an extra 6RM per person for breakfast, we could order all you can eat dim sum, noodles and hamburger. Definitely worth taking this option as the food was delicious!

Value for money. Location of the hotel is just right, within walking distance to eating places (10-15 mins), quiet and pleasant surrounding. Room is smallish but sufficient and clean. Bathroom clean
