It‘s a bit noisy as the windows are not the best and there‘s a lot of traffic day & night.

The room was clean, modern and well appointed. Bed and pillows were both comfortable. Staff were pleasant.
Having a full kitchen and oven was a bonus. Modern crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as utensils were a bonus.

The bed was comfortable, which was great. Although the room wasn't cleaned very well. It also had a weird smell. The toilet bowl didn't look very clean and the room hadn't been vacuumed properly. I couldn't tell reception this at the time as I was too busy. The walls at the hotel are really thin, as we had people in a room next to us and they were so loud, talking at 2am and again at 6am, constantly, and I could hear their conversation clearly. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite - very spacious, 2 singles in one room, queen in the other n fold out sofa. My only conplaint is the noise from other patrons - obviously not the hotels fault just foljs not being considerate. Otherwise, clean and spacious for a family of 5

For us attending the races at Ellerslie the property is very well located and hand to restaurants.
Staff,check in and car parking all very good.We had room 17 which has a small outside area.The room was very clean,the bed comfortable and a good shower.All in all a very good place to stay,
