Excellent oceanview. Flat pillows, toilet runs and needs a simple handle fix, bathroom fan full of dust and the parking lot is small so you will never park in the same spot twice. All amenities shut down due to covid but no room discounts.

If the office is not open 24 hours (which is not expected at a small, independent hotel), each room's bathroom should contain a toilet plunger. Also, the mini-fridge was basically non-functional. It is very old and clearly broken down. Beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely view.

Restless night...
I had rented a beach house for my sons 20th birthday. Some things happened that night but none of the issues were with the beach house. The staff were excellent and the house was great and clean. Things got a little out of hand with my son and apparently the law so I had some damages I had to pay to the hotel to deflect charges being pressed against me which is fine because I was responsible for this house. I paid the bill with no problem . I would recommend this place to anyone who would ask . Thank you

Not worth the money for the romantic rooms.
The bed is terrible, just straight up. My partner slept on their sofa it was that bad. Also, the walls are paper thin. We could hear them walking and “enjoying” the romantic rooms.

The room was very dated and run down. The couch and chair were bothe broken, very old, and run down. We did enjoy the view however for the price we will not be back

Just ok.
It was ok. The coffee pot had old coffee and old filter left from previous guests. The room was a little out dated. The shower head was low.... I’m 5’7’ and it was short for me. The toilet was low to the ground. Like for a child. Everything was low, even the bathroom sink. The view was good.

Quick and easy check in. Courteous front desk clerk. Cozy and clean rooms made for a perfect romantic getaway. Will definitely be returning.

The room was not as nice as the pictures showed. The room was ok, the heater did not work properly so room was not a comfortable temp. The cleanliness was ok the room just had old carpet and furniture.

Not as expected
The room had a great view, but the layout was weird. Furniture was worn and torn, one of the windows next to the bed was discolored and hard to see out. Dirt in the corners of the room and did not want to walk on floor without shoes. Definitely overpriced!

I like that it is ocean front. I dislike that our main window had interior window streaks distracting our views. The window should be replaced.
