The room had potential but no refrigerator and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Lots of cobwebs and needed freshening up. Room smelled stale like it hadn’t been use in awhile

It was a good deal for a cheaper hotel minus taking away basic room necessities like microwave and refrigerator. Room bathroom was kinda dingy and the washer and ice machine was down. And they didnt disclose the 50 dollar deposit on the booking site which would be nice to know.

Place was full of people buy sell or using drugs... very unsafe.. I checked out after only being there for 3 hours... had to stay at another hotel..

No towels
Only two small towels and when we asked for regular size towels she said they didn’t have any! Then when we requested more we had to go get the and she would only give two extra. They were little towels!

The ice machine on each floor was broke I had a pink spot on my towel and they didn’t have complimentary breakfast like it said on the website

I really liked the price and the jacuzzi room I got. Plus the King sized bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again! It was so nice for the price!!

Room was comfy clean looked nice and somewhat updated. Only thing i did not like was the strong smell of weed in the hallways and stairways. A bullet hole was also in one of the windows coming up staircase the staitcase(staircase E i believe)

Overall a Good Hotel w/Some Caveats
Overall, the stay was fine. Comfortable bed and side chair. Due to Covid they suspended breakfast but offered a grab bag of water, crackers, and PopTarts. I stayed twice, once for just a night and another for six. within 10 days. Area is nice w/plenty of nearby food choices (walking distance). They are desperately trying to keep bad elements out. As the second cheapest hotel on the block, they have a lot of posted 'rules' and 'reminders' posted all over the front desk area.And there is a $50 deposit for every room that must be on a credit card which, as the two people before me could attest when checking in, must not be the most prevalent detail listed anywhere. The credit card hold is in the event stuff goes missing. M'kay. Also, I had driven from out of state and came to the hotel around noon to see if I could check in a bit early. Now, I travel for business primarily now, but I have never run into a problem doing this outside of the weekend when the hotel may have been sold out the night before. When I walked in and politely asked if it would be possible to drop my stuff off in the room real quick. In a more curt tone that I was expecting, I was informed that there would be a $25 early check in fee. There was like 10 cars in the parking lot so that experience left a bad taste and was not a welcomed one.
