No towel after house keeping
The first night I couldn't sleep well because of the poor sound proofing. You can hear people talking on the street and in the corridor. But the worst was the fridge in the room and I had to plug it out on the second night. Also on the second night, after we came back from the day tour, they did house keeping and took all the tower and didn't leave any new ones. The worst part is that reception is gone by 8pm and you cannot get any help after 8 pm since they don't have emergency contact line. It was just no towel for us but what if something else happened and you don't have help from the staff member? But I should say their location is good but that's about it. Oh also one of the room light was out, glass was broken in one of the pictures on the wall.

Was good for couple days stay. Excellent if want shops and public transport.

Booked a room for 4 people. There was no pillow for the fourth bed which was a fold out couch. There was only 3 towels and two face washes. Light not working in room. No information in room as to wifi connection and no response when I made a call.

It was a great place just needs a bit more attention in cleaning the filter of the Aircon was like carpet so unhygienic and move things out to vacuum behind it. Otherwise location andbeds perfect.
