As many people do today I searched for a motel online and decided to book with Expedia. Once booked I noticed that the dates were wrong from what I had selected. I rang the motel and they told me that they could do nothing I would have to ring Expedia and why did I book through those companies anyway the money goes off shore. I rang Expedia and they rang the motel and fixed it so I could have my booking that week which was great When I arrived at the motel I was greeted by a gentleman who at the time couldn't remember my booking until I said I had been the one with the wrong dates booked through Expedia. Im afraid I once again got a lecture about booking with online companies and that the money went off shore and that I had been ripped off by Expedia charging me another $20. All I wanted to do was after a long drive go to my room and shower and get some dinner not a lecture. I think this gentleman needs to rethink his greeting and attitude if this is the business he wants to stay in. The motel was clean, tidy and great otherwise but he has turned me off ever staying there again. Expedia is the review all right now or will you not accept it again because i use your name in it. ( there is no room rates, insults, profanity, personal details, website addresses or phone numbers just the honest truth.
