Rooms are ok, but the smell tho
Overall the room was ok, it was clean. There was no housekeeping because of covid which is understandable but when I would ask for towels or toilet paper the staff would give an annoyed look. It is supposed to be a smoking free hotel and the whole floor reeked of weed the whole time.

City View?
Cambria is a chic hotel with nice upgrades. Everything was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was kind and courteous. The only negative is that I booked "city view" and the view was 3rd floor fire escapes and barbed wire on the back of a building. We kept the curtains closed and enjoyed the room. Shower has a rain shower head with full tile. I would stay here again but wouldn't choose the City View option.

Five stars! Great location, clean & comfortable. The shower is amazing. There’s a parking garage a couple doors down from the hotel and another the next street over for over sized cars (ours), both gave discounts for staying at the hotel. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Was pleasantly surprised by size of room. Was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to many things and parking was next door and therefore reasonably convenient. Staff was helpful and efficient.

LOCATION!!
This hotel doesn't have a view, but location,location, location. Close to Times Square, Central Station, and of course Rockafeller Center. The beds are extremely comfortable. The floors were very clean. Although the bathroom shower could have used some love (vinegar around the shower door) it was well word the money. Would definitely stay again. Fyi 2 Bros Pizza is right infront and it's amazing!!

Great location
The hotel is in an excellent location with an easy walk to many destinations and multiple transportation options. Our room was spacious enough and clean. Upon arrival, our room was ready before check in, so they let us check in, but for an extra charge. I was a tad annoyed, but figured it was worth it. However, over the next four days, there was zero housekeeping. No fresh towels, no replenished coffee or tea—nothing over four days. At that point, I resented the additional cost for the early check-in since I felt I was paying for services I wasn’t receiving. Overall, I’d still recommend it, but I was surprised by the lack of housekeeping service. I might have been able to stop at the desk and request it, but sometimes no one was there when I passed or they were dealing with another visitor, and I didn’t want to waste time to deal with it.
