We had a stay to celebrate my husbands milestone birthday. This was an okay resort. Don't get me wrong, everyone was nice but the service was not Zoetry standard. We have stayed at multiple Zoetry resorts throughout the years and this just did not fit within the usual standards. Service was very slow, food and coffee was always cold and no one went above and beyond. We did have a great relationship with Armando at checkin stations he was wonderful. Concierge was non existent and the "butler" we were assigned was basically a ghost. Never checked in and didn't go an extra mile for any ask. Example, I purchased dinner on the beach and ask for rose petals in a bath. He needed $80 usd for the petals (this has never been asked at a Zoetry before) I didn't have the money upfront, the front didn't have an atm or money for us to charge and we couldn't use a credit card. I asked him to just draw a bath and he never did. There was just no effort made to make our time special. Requests for daily room cleaning was ignored. There were only 5 beds close together and no one manning them. Beside the 5 beds, there were zero lounge chairs by the beach so if you didn't get to a bed in time you didn't get to sit by the ocean. Just not the service we are accustom to.
