This motel is older, but well maintained & clean. The bonus was having a room ocean side, where you can walk out to the beach from your front door or keep your windows open as you fall asleep to the sounds of the sea.

While this property is very old and worn, it was clean, quiet and oceanfront. It was priced appropriately and we had a great stay. We needed a quiet, restful stay and that’s what we got. It’s older and has motel vibes but definitely it definitely served its purpose b

This was our second year in a row staying at Copley. We love how clean the rooms always are and how friendly the staff are. We loved our ocean front room, and how safe we felt during our visit. Centrally located, so it’s easy to access everything!

This spot is great! it’s walking distance from anything you could wish for in Old Orchard and it’s basically right on the beach! The room was clean and exactly what we needed! The only downside is the lights outside the room stay on all night and the blinds aren’t the best so it lets in a lot of light at night so just bring a sleeping mask. The room is also on the smaller size with the 2 queens bed in it, but if it’s just a spot to rest your head then it’s perfect. Loved our stay!

Very satisfying stay, amazing view ocean side, quiet & peaceful. Neighboring guests were quiet & respectful. Staff, housekeeping very pleasant & welcoming. I'm looking forward to our next stay in the future when i come back home to visit family again. It was very much worth the price for the view.

Pros: beachfront, fair price, clean room Cons: open balcony on beachfront allowed smokers to smoke on the deck in front of room…because we had chain smokers staying next door, the outside area was constantly filled with cigarette smoke so we were not able to enjoy the deck. Uncomfortable mattress

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed. The rooms were as expected, nothing fancy, but were clean and smelled good. The best part was being so close to the beach. The indoor pool was a great addition to our early fall stay. We had an overall great experience here.

Everyone was really nice. When I saw “motel” i questioned it. The place is maintained altho still somewhat dated, it did the job. Parking isn’t great, very difficult to get an Uber if you want to leave the OOB area. Noise wasn’t terrible, you can hear the music from the pier but it’s was bearable for this light sleeper, if it bothers you, then stay away from the pier. Paul was great at accommodating us, a 3 night stay became a week long during the busy July holiday. Would stay again.

This was our first visit to this part of the East Coast. We went at a bad time given most everything was already closed for the season. The probably wasn’t bad but if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the best option. The walls are very thin. I could hear loud tv off one wall, people talking off another wall, walking on the ceiling. Hear toilet flushes every time. We did not have ocean view, no biggie. What’s great is it’s literally there on the beach, convenient for sunrises and sunsets. I’ll probably pick a different place next time or try for ocean view.

Close to everything, can walk to everything. Clam Bake restaurant is 1.3 Miles up the road next to the Garage BBQ and they have the freshest seafood ever. The BBQ has real good food too. The ocean is steps from rooms. OOB pier is declining now but everything else is still going.
