Gross. The hotel was just gross. There was black mold on windows and bathroom door frame, room felt so dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and laquor, bed was hard as cardboard and so uncomfortable. Only positive thing was location.

Staff very helpful and friendly!!
First night we been struggle to sleep the mould smell in the room was shocking next day we asked for room with window , don’t be tricked by the air conditioner as mould smell is extremely strong from the moment you walk in the reception doors. We been moved to room 501 it was not mould there, so we extended our stay , manager was very understanding. I will used it again only for the room 501!!

Pretty spacious rooms, but very simple. First room had strong smoke odor, and I asked to change. Hotel facilities are old. Overall good experience.

I bought deluxe queen bed room and was given a lower room on first night saw roaches In room and the second night after I complained to staff there and exspedia was Offered a deluxe queen room But only stayed two nights So glad I didn’t book 30 days Exspedia provides a special service to these hotels and they should provide excellent service to those who book sight unseen Only one bottle of water and one coffee for two people Yes I was given two when asked but you would think they would know two people two bottles of water and two coffee. Hotel I was offered was what I should have been given to begin with I am not going to have to ask for every little thing
