The location was a big out of the city centre and the shuttle bus provided by the hotel is insufficient. You need to catch public buses or taxi to go around. Also, hotel asked for $1,000 deposit when checking in, no matter if we already fully paid for our stay. I think it’s a bit too much.

Great mid-range priced hotel in Macau
If you are not a gambler and is heading to Macau to soak in the culture and history of the city as well as to avoid the craziness and high costs of staying in fancy over-the-top casino hotels, then this international chain hotel is an excellent choice for you. It is quietly tucked away in the older part of Macau, with all the standard amenities like heated swimming pool and a restaurant. The room including the bathroom is big and includes a small lounge with very comfortable bed and a very big walk-in closet too! I'm happy I chose Crown Plaza.

the perfect hotel to stay if you have family with kids. May need to wait for taxi. What an experience to have the hotel next to the residential area. It can be a great travelling experience.

Nice hotel for family trip with kids, can find supermarket, McDonald's and restaurants nearby the hotel. Nice hotel amenities. Free shuttle bus: every 30mins

The staff are all well-trained, no matter they are front office, concierge, housekeeping, or catering, etc., they are all very friendly and sincere. The rooms are clean and spacious, true five star standard. The hotel provides a relaxing ambience which takes its guests away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom are also spacious and clean. But I will say that the best part of this hotel it is the friendliness of the staff, every one of the employees from the housekeeping to the front door acknowledge me smile and greeted me.
