Comfort Inn and Suites

I have a family of five. Two queens does not work for us. I booked this hotel specifically for the pullout couch. When we arrived, the couch did not look like the picture. It looked like something out of my great grandmother Mable's house. It was old and tattered and was not visibly pleasing enough to place any of my kids on it, especially during the COVID era. I immediately checked out but was told I could not get a refund because I booked through Hotels.com.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. Jessica, the front desk clerk, was super helpful, as well. Great value.

I come to you guys every few months to visit my son and his family . The best service and very comfortable!!!

Unsupervised children in room next door. screaming and banging on walls all night. complained to front desk, nothing was done

The front desk gentleman was very nice, but the other shift lady was not friendly at all. The room was mostly clean but there was some trash under a foot stool. They never finished repainting so part of the room was 2 tone and an electrical outlet was hanging out.

Ms. Jessica was so personable! Although it is a nonSmoking hotel, the initial room they gave us smelled like a smoke stack. Jessica immediately reassigned us to a clean and smoke free room. We were awakened at 3:15 am by a group of loud women in the room next to us! Front office was called and all was calmed!

I've stayed here at least four times in the past year (as a Pittsburgh native who is back there frequently), usually for two or three nights. The last visit in June involved needing to move to the fourth floor, as one could hear the upstairs visitors clomping across the floor above. This time I requested the fourth floor, but the noise is still fairly severe from side of room to side of room, plus no one respects being civil, noise-wise in the hallways - and at all hours of the day and night. Including a loud party after midnight down below in their "picnic table" area. And speaking of which, there was NO observance of masks in any public areas. The general manager claimed it wasn't a law, which is a lie, as the Governor decreed it necessary. Indeed, the general manager's paper-thin veneer of hospitality crumbles if you suggest that any few things are wrong. And he got verbally abusive. I have stayed several times at the Days Inn next door - and though it is obviously more down-at-heel, I would be inclined to use them over this Comfort Inn, as the personnel are nicer (no pretension to an undeserved 9.0 rating!) and the sound situation in the rooms is much better.

The property was very clean, staff was very accommodating and the grab and go breakfast was nice and organized. Eden was great at the front desk and very welcoming. The only problem was other guests in the hotel that didn't control their kids from running in the halls or playing on other guests doors.
