Great stay at the Visa. Room was cleaned immaculately every day. Small but clean swimming pool. Only ordered a couple of cans of coke from breakfast area so can't comment here. Walkable to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, supermarkets and night market nearby. Short walk to beach and if travelling further afield then you can catch the Green Songthaew (Bus) every 10/15 mins. Hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The staff are helpful and friendly and assisted with our onward journey. Will definitely stay again when visiting Hua Hin.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and very clean. Actually a great shower! Would stay there again but not for a special romantic occasion. Staff were helpful.

Although it’s a 3 star hotel but very well maintained and clean, central location within easy walking distance to chocolate factory, supermarket, spa & foot massage center, restaurants, cafes, night market and shopping mall, I traveled with my family and booked two rooms, there was a cockroach at the balcony and mosquitoes in the room, my husband was being bites during sleeping at night, he immediately inform the hotel reception the next day morning, if you don’t mind all these in fact this hotel actually quite a good choice.

We wished we had gotten a higher floor, but that's a small quibble when we're here to explore the town. Breakfast is selected from a fixed menu, and we loved and chose the western set every morning. The hotel is set back from the road, with a small carpark to walk through before reaching the lobby, and has a night guard at the front entrance who greeted us very professionally every time we came back past sunset. The pool is as you see it, well-maintained. We were probably the only non-Caucasians who booked this place during our time there. The location of the hotel along the main Hua Hin road is fantastic. One can flag the public songthaews for transport, or walk to the Night Market or the Market Village (shopping mall). It was from here that we booked (via the front counter) a taxi to various tourist spots (like 1000 Sook) in the North of the town. We reached here by bus from Suvarnabhumi, with the last mile covered by van under the same transport company. When returning to Bangkok we took the railway (songthaew brings you there).

Well positioned for the night markets and the beach. Pool on the small side and in the shade most of the time. Room very good and housekeeping friendly. Breakfast good. Overall unfortunately let down a little by unfriendly reception staff with the exception of one who actually seemed to enjoy her job!

Our first stay at Visa Hotel was about 3 years ago and the place still looks fresh and new. The room showed little wear and housekeeping were their usual quiet, efficient and friendly selves. WiFi worked great, even with multiple devices. Breakfast isn’t lavish but more than adequate with multiple hot food offerings. There is a small night market (closed Tuesdays) with multiple restaurants on the other side of the San Paulo Hospital next door to the hotel, and the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. There’s a supermarket on the other side of the hotel and two 7-11s within a 5 minute walk. This trip we experienced a medical emergency and the front desk staff were very helpful in swiftly getting an ambulance. Visa Hotel gets my hearty recommendation.
