Very helpful friendly staff. Hotel is an ideal place to explore the area. Rooms are quite small but nicely decorated, bathroom partly needed updating as there was mold in the shower. In all a very good stay.

Nice place, feels modern and clean. Nice people at reception. Problem, they say that they have a restaurant but had only sandwiches for dinner! Unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. My shower was broken...

3 day short stay with my older children
This is the perfect base to explore Lisbon. Close to the tourist areas and rail and metro stations to get out and about. We only used the hotel as a base and found it much cheaper to have breakfast elsewhere. Only reason I didn’t award full marks was that only one cup was provided for a double room and the tea bags were not replenished (only 3 bags were provided for a 3 day stay for 2 of us). Also, the ensuite is essentially a glass box within the room - rather embarrassing when you’re sharing with your 27 year old daughter! However, that said, the staff were friendly, spoke English and gave us a complimentary welcoming drink on arrival (when we wanted). The shower was fantastic!
