Terrible Customer Service. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I paid $500 for 4 nights here and was treated terribly. The owner shouted at me as there was clothes on the single bed I wasn’t using, he knew this as he came in my room every day without permission to check on me. I had put all rubbish in bin and was nothing but polite and friendly with him. I just couldn’t believe how badly I was spoken to. My work colleague stayed in the swan hill resort next door which was much nicer and they were much more friendly there.
