Great holtel and great spa

Lovely property, nice little pool and outside jacuzzi. Great location for walking, we were tested a little with the hill back up at night!

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant, food good, lovely surroundings and the spa was excellent. We should have upgraded to a larger room as the standard room was rather small. However everything was very Covid safe with regular sanitising which we very much appreciated. We will return

Lovely hotel 10 minute walk from the centre. Spa facilities are amazing, which should be pre booked with reception. Lovely outdoor pool which we sat by one day and had drinks delivered to our table. Good choice of items on the breakfast menu. Only issue was there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but a very noisy fan. The days we stayed it was very warm.

A fairly traditional large English seaside resort hotel improved greatly by its modern spa. My room was large, airy and looked to have been recently redecorated - could have done with a few more clothes draws. My only real concern was a distinct lack of COVID-19 preventative measures. Residents weren’t encouraged to wear masks in the common areas, staff did not wear masks even when servings food, minimal anti-bac cleanser stations around the hotel. It compared poorly to other hotels i’ve stayed at recently.

Great hotel and spa facilities some of the best I’ve seen

Amazing stay and staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Felt very safe everywhere. The spa facilities were brilliant and I had a great treatment by Sophia who is really knowledgeable. Overall a great break.

Had a fantastic stay here. Spent 2 morning's relaxing in spa which was fantastic. Breakfast was very tasty and well cooked. Hotel reception were very friendly and helpful. Only 1 minor point, the wall between our room and the next seemed to have no sound insulation as we could hear plugs being plugged in, toilet being flushed etc. However this did not spoil our stay here and we can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful stay, staff very friendly and attentive . The spa is amazing and a highlight of the hotel, very spacious and a lovely calming ambience we loved the aromatherapy steam room.Our room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the wood fire in the lounge on a cold evening. Breakfast included a nice selection of continental and hot food. Thank you for a lovely trip we have enjoyed so much we have booked again!

A wonderful solo stay. Staff could not be friendlier. The hotel is just a few minutes from the centre and the Spa was fab! Recommended and will definitely go back!
