They never cleaned my room. During my sleep everytime heat would turn off in room I would hear a ding sound that sounds like a text notification. I would keep waking up with this sound. They have removed the lobby water jug.

Not worth the price. Have stayed at 4 star and 5 star hotels that were better maintained and better price.

The hotel was generally as one would expect, except for the bathroom facilities. The toilet did not refill properly, making flushing sporadic. And the marble floor was freezing cold. But both would have been overlooked if there had been hot water! Stand in the shower stall with freezing cold water waiting 2 full minutes for the hot water to arrive. And then lose water pressure mid-shower. There is something radically wrong with the hotel's water system, and they are apparently aware of the problem but also apparently are doing nothing to address it! Not what one expects at a Hyatt Resort Hotel.

We stayed for our anniversary the first weekend of December and it was festively decorated. We had a beautiful mountain view room. Staff was great at communicating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
