I'm having trouble with this hotel upon check in. Hotels do not know that hotels.com is owned by expedia. Expedia also does not provide information on my booking because of system error.
AC, tissues in the bedroom, table lamps, 32 inch LED TV, telephone, warm water, clean towels, soap and shampoo in a tray. Not available toilet paper, toothpaste and brush.
Restaurant is on the top floor has provided a plate of yellow rice with small pieces of omelet, small pieces fried tempe and nuts. There are tea and coffee powder to be brewed.
Apart from problems at check in overall hotel is good in terms of hospitality of the owners & staffs.
