High Quality Service and Comfortable Rest in Petra
Fantastic stay -the family room was perfect for our 3 kids who slept soundly! The staff was caring and welcoming and incredibly helpful as my dad and husband tried out salt spa and restaurant, both nice ways to relax in the evening after long day at Petra. Breakfast options were plentiful with something for everyone.

Great customer service. Ashley and the entire staff made our stay and the food service exceptional. They really helped set up everything to make our visit to Petra. I have travelled to numerous places but they went above and beyond. Great place for families

Fabulous Hotel! Excellent staff!
Highly recommended. This is a fantastic Hotel to stay in Petra. We had a wonderful time, the room in the amenities were fabulous. Everyone was very helpful and kind and generous. Ashley, a supervisor, was very warm, welcoming kind and helpful. She worked with us and our busy schedule and took great care to ensure we were satisfied with every element of our stay. Mohammad at the front desk was very prompt and helpful as well. The hotel itself is situated nicely on a street with many shops, very close to the visitor center. Highly recommended! If we're ever in Petra we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel and staff were great. Everyone was courteous and made sure we were having a great stay. They even packed a lunch for us to take on our last day without asking. How great is that? Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very well located, very nice front desk staff with excellent customer service skills. The hotel seems new or renovated, very clean, breakfast buffet was really good with tons of options. Only con is that we never got the lunch box they’re known for.

Good location close to the city center with restaurants and shops and close to the Mosque. The hotel offer free shuttle to the Petra Visitor Center. We left the hotel early for a full day at Petra - the hotel prepared a lunch basket for us with fruits, sandwiches and drinks. Quite unexpected and much appreciated.

Honest review of P Quattro Hotel
1. Room was clean but bathroom towels looked very used. Bed was comfortable. 2. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming. 3. Breakfast was very basic and could have been alot better. 4. The staff arranged a birthday cake for us, which was a very nice touch. 5. Free mini bar and lunch boxes we prepared. We did feel that the staff were a bit too pushy with regards to selling us tours, which became a bit awkward. The gym is 2 machines on the terrace. The terrace could be improved.
