The place is clean specially the room. It may not be that spacious but I was comfortable. The basic amenities are there - TV, fridge, wifi, microwave, electric kettle among others. However, the AC was not that ok as I was not able to adjust it to my desired temperature.

Good location, kind staff, room amenities were of usual standard for this level of hotel. I had a good stay.

Clean, minimal space for overnight stay. If you want something better than a cubical bed, their single room might be a good choice.

A little hard to find from shimbashi station. Its only a 5 minute walk tho and lits of restaurants and bars around. Good location. The room is typically small, but clean, good bathroom but the bed was too hard for me, no problems for the hubby. Free coffee and water in lobby. Decent breakfast. All in all a nice modern hotel, with reception staff that were very helpful

Great value for central Tokyo- great location. Very limited facilities but as advertised. Rooms small but well equipped

Customer service was good, room was clean but very disappointed with the size of the room and the lack of storage space. We booked double twin room for 2 adults and 2 children after we saw and read the description of the room online. However, the room was so small and the bedding configuration didn’t match the description. Obviously the photos made everything looked bigger but still should not have said 2 double beds when they were in fact single beds.

Location was fantastic! There were a few subway stations within walking distances from the hotel that we could choose from. There were lots of restaurants and convenient stores just outside the hotel. Ginza shopping area is about 15 min easy walk away from the hotel. As for the hotel itself, we stayed in a double twin bedroom as there were 3 of us ( that’s the largest room the hotel has) and it was reasonably large enough to fit us and our 3 carry on luggages. Toiletries are provided. Room is clean and the beds are very comfortable. There was also free coffee in the lobby. We didn’t care much about the breakfast as it didn’t look appealing. Front desk service was good. They provided us an umbrella when we needed it and they helped us keep our luggage at the lobby when we arrived prior to check-in time.

Great location. Friendly staff. Room a bit small when you have a suitcase each.

Ubicazione ottima a circa 350 metri dalla stazione e da una zona molto viva nelle ore notturne.L’hotel è comunque silenzioso perché non ci sono locali vicino.Sconsiglio la colazione perché è praticamente di fronte reception con un unico tavolo da condividere.La stanza ha dimensioni giapponesi però è molto funzionale e pulita.Il materasso è parecchio duro ma si dorme bene.

Boutique property. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast reasonably priced. Close to station.
